I often observe that managers and supervisors tend to believe they need to "educate" 👨✈️ their employees, leading to conflicts and a lack of respect. Micromanagement can lead to decreased motivation 😫 , dissatisfaction, and lack of communication among employees. Don't ignore these signals! ⚠ A lack of trust and respect given to employees ↔ causes them to lose trust in their managers 🤷♀️. Here, open communication and a willingness 🐛 to change 🦋 is important. It takes courage and a shift in mindset to truly understand and 🙏learn from your team. Without equal communication, employees will not share their true opinions 🤐. Unfortunately, often, by the time this realization is made, it is too late 😅 as the employee has already internally resigned 🕺. For employees: Speak up 👄 to your managers, from personal experience, I can tell - it's worth it. If change does not happen, you can still make the decision that is best for you.
