What are your plans for the new year? We tend to plan a lot and set big goals, only to realize that many of them are not achieved in the end. Here are some tips which may help you avoiding this mistake for 2023: 1. Write down the goals you want to achieve. 2. Think of three to five milestones you must reach to reach the goal. 3. Break these milestones down into small intermediate steps, such as goals for a month or week. 4. Take action! Easier said than done? That's why here are some points that can be helpful: 🏃♀️ Start small in implementation: if the ambition is too great, we tend to want to do too much at once. That's the challenge. For instance, if you want to lose weight but haven't done any sports in recent years, it is very unlikely that you will do an hour of sports every day from today (and maintain this plan in the long term). 👨👨👧👧 Set a group for mutual motivation and inspiration. 🎁 Introduce a reward system that works for you. This can also be based on monthly/weekly goal achievement. What else could help you achieve your goals?
